Friendship Force Connecticut

The Friendship Force brings people of the world together through homestay exchanges-creating unforgettable experiences that build lasting bonds of friendship. Since 1977, The Friendship Force has involved more than half a million volunteer Ambassadors and Hosts, from more than 60 countries, in international homestays.
A Friendship Force Ambassador lives in a Host's home, taking part in family and community life. Ambassador and Host might not speak the same language nor share similar backgrounds, yet the power of friendship overcomes the differences. "Faces, not places" describes The Friendship Force mission. The private, non-profit organization is not a travel club. Sightseeing activities are included in many exchanges, yet the primary goal is always a mutual understanding and friendship. North Central Connecticut membership is open to anyone who shares in the organization's goals.
Chapter dues, $25 per single person, and $30 per family, include local and Friendship Force International membership.
